• Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing refurbished items. These may include minor cosmetic signs of use such as surface marks or scuffs, which do not affect functionality or integrity.

4. Order Acceptance & Pricing

• We reserve the right to decline any order for reasons including (but not limited to):

  • Item out of stock

  • Payment authorization failure

  • Pricing or product error

  • Customer validation failure

• Your order is confirmed once dispatched. Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance.

5. Delivery Terms

• Free Local Delivery & Installation is offered for refurbished furniture within Bedfordshire and Milton Keynes.

• Next Day Delivery is available on selected products. Orders placed Friday–Sunday may dispatch the following Monday.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

6. Order Cancellation

• Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. If the order has not yet been dispatched, a full refund will be issued.

• If your order has already been dispatched, you are responsible for return shipping costs, and our Refund & Returns Policy applies.

• Bespoke items or customised orders are non-refundable once production has started.

7. Refunds & Returns
